Commercial Plumber - covering London and surroundings £48,000 Basic Salary + Paid Door to Door + Overtime Available I'm currently seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a growing team, covering a variety of commercial sites across London and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled plumber looking for a stable, long-term role with a competitive salary and the benefit of paid door-to-door travel. The Role Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across commercial properties Fault finding, repairs, and installations Working on a range of systems including hot and cold water services, pipework and associated plant Conducting basic water hygiene tasks and ensuring compliance with Legionella control measures Working on unvented hot water systems Attending sites including offices, retail premises, healthcare facilities, educational buildings, and other commercial environments Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standardRequirements NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent Proven experience within commercial maintenance environments Legionella Awareness certification Unvented Hot Water qualification (G3) Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Full UK driving license Good communication and customer service skillsPackage £48,000 basic salary Paid door to door Company van and fuel card Overtime opportunities Company pension Holiday allowance Ongoing training and developmentIf you're a reliable Commercial Plumber with commercial maintenance experience, Legionella awareness training, and an Unvented Hot Water (G3) qualification, we'd like to hear from you.
