CQC Registered Manager – Supported Living  Location: Gloucester/ Bristol Salary: £50,000 PA Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (additional hours may be required to meet the needs of the service) We are supporting an established organisation with 15 homes in their search for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a Complex Care Supported Living service. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the service operates in line with the standards set by the Care Quality Commission while delivering safe, effective and person-centred care.  Key Responsibilities: CQC Registered Manager – Supported Living • Lead and inspire a skilled support team • Promote independence, dignity, and choice • Oversee complex risk management & safeguarding • Ensure CQC compliance and high-quality service delivery • Work collaboratively with mental health teams, housing providers & external agencies • Champion Positive Behaviour Support & autism-informed practice • Support staff development, recruitment & retention • Create a positive, inclusive and supportive culture To apply for this excellent opportunity, please call Ria on (phone number removed) and forward your most up to date CV.
