About the Role As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will: Support students with SEND, both in and out of the classroom Implement behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques Work 1:1 or with small groups to help pupils re-engage with learning Build trusting, professional relationships that promote positive behaviour Assist teachers in creating a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment Contribute to behaviour plans and pastoral support programmes Access to a Vehicle.
