You'll be at the heart of knowledge development, helping to shape best practice, drive technical excellence, and support fee earners across a wide range of pensions matters.The team advises on:Defined benefit, defined contribution and hybrid pension schemesAuto-enrolment and regulatory developmentsPensions tax and legislative changePublic sector pensionsDisputes and pensions litigationYou'll benefit from well-established, market-leading knowledge systems, strong internal collaboration, and a long-standing, well-supported approach to knowledge sharing and professional development.Candidate RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will bring:6+ years' PQE with strong experience in pensions lawA solid background advising on pensions matters and transactionsExperience in (or a genuine interest in) PSL/knowledge-focused workQualification as an SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyerThis role would suit an experienced pensions lawyer looking to step into (or further develop within) a knowledge-focused position, while remaining close to high-quality, complex work.Why Join?Join a Legal 500-ranked, nationally recognised law firm with a strong reputation in the Bristol market and across the UK.
