As a Seamstress at Cambridge House, you will play an important part in maintaining the beauty and presentation of our guests and team alike, caring for our linens, fabrics and textiles with exceptional skill and attention. From delicate repairs to the finishing touches that make everything feel just right, your craftsmanship will help preserve the elegance and comfort of our House. Key Responsibilities:

• Care for and restore the House's linens, uniforms, soft furnishings and textiles, bringing precision and a touch of artistry to every stitch.

• Work your magic by carrying out delicate mending, alterations and beautifully finished hems.

• Keep a watchful eye for loose threads, worn edges and little imperfections, restoring textiles to their best and recognising when a piece needs specialist attention or replacement.

• Ensure linens are crisp, uniforms immaculate and garments beautifully finished, ready to play their part in the everyday elegance of the House.

• Care for your sewing machines, tools and workspace, keeping everything organised, safe and ready for the next task.
