We're looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to support a portfolio of business and technology transformation initiatives, ensuring people are engaged, prepared, and supported throughout the change journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead people change activities across multiple transformation workstreams.
• Conduct people impact assessments and change readiness reviews.
• Develop and deliver change management strategies and plans.
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Coach leaders and managers to effectively lead teams through change.
• Drive user adoption and business readiness activities.
• Support organisational transformation within complex environments.
• Apply change management frameworks, including ADKAR, to measure and improve adoption.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Change Manager or Change Lead.
• Strong background in people-focused change and transformation.
• Experience delivering change across technology, digital, or business transformation programmes.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, coaching, and influencing.
• Experience conducting impact assessments and readiness activities.
• Knowledge of change methodologies such as ADKAR.
• Ability to explain the "why" behind change and build engagement across affected teams.

Desirable Experience

• Defence, public sector, or highly regulated environment experience.
• Experience working across large portfolios of projects and programmes.
• Track record of delivering successful organisational and technology change initiatives.
