Our client, a well-established property management business, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a mixed portfolio of office, retail and leisure properties.

This flexible role can be structured as either:

• 2-3 full days per week, or
• 5 half days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a mixed commercial portfolio
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractors
• Conducting property inspections
• Managing service charges and budgets
• Handling lease renewals, rent reviews and tenant queries
• Ensuring statutory and lease compliance
• Producing client reports and maintaining accurate records

Requirements

• Previous Commercial Property Management experience
• Strong understanding of service charges and commercial leases
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
