Business Analyst

Business Analyst Location: Swindon, London, Bristol Contract: Until 31 March 2027 IR35: Inside IR35 Clearance: BPSS CCL Global are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major UK public sector organisation on a long-term Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation programme. This is a great opportunity for a Business Analyst with strong IAM / IGA experience to support the analysis and improvement of identity and access processes across a large organisation. Key Responsibilities * Analyse existing AS-IS IAM processes, systems and pain points, including current identity management platforms. * Design and document TO-BE processes covering identity governance, lifecycle management and access control. * Gather, analyse and prioritise complex business, security and technical requirements. * Develop clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for the new IAM solution. * Work closely with business users, security specialists and technical teams to understand stakeholder needs. * Support role, access profile and identity data modelling to improve access governance. * Contribute to business case development, including benefits, process improvements and impact assessments. About You We're looking for someone with: * Substantial Business Analysis experience across multiple IAM projects. * Experience working on large-scale IGA programmes, ideally involving multiple customers or business areas. * Strong requirements elicitation and analysis experience. * Excellent business process mapping and optimisation skills. * Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation experience. * Good understanding of IAM, identity governance, lifecycle management, access controls and Zero Trust principles. * Experience with data and role modelling within an IAM environment. * The ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear documentation and deliverables.
