The Role You will support fee earners on a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring matters progress efficiently while delivering exceptional client care.

Responsibilities Assisting with residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity Managing files under supervision from inception to post-completion Drafting legal documents and correspondence Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors Conducting searches and Land Registry applications Maintaining accurate case management records Providing a high standard of client service throughout the transaction process Requirements Previous experience working within residential conveyancing Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent communication and client care abilities Ability to manage a busy workload effectively Familiarity with case management systems A proactive and team-oriented approach Benefits Career development and progression opportunities Supportive and friendly working environment Hybrid working options (where applicable) If you are a Conveyancing Paralegal looking for your next opportunity in Bristol, we would be pleased to hear from you.
