Use databases and AI enabled software tool to perform and review benchmarking analyses to evaluate and support transfer pricing strategiesDocumentation: Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation reports in compliance with local regulations and international standardsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across existing and prospective clients Develop and maintain strong client relationships at senior levels Contribute to proposals, tenders, and marketing initiativesCollaboration across the Firm and across geographies: Work closely with cross-functional teams within the Firm and with our counterparts in other countries in the HLB network to deliver comprehensive client solutionsSupport the Transfer Pricing leadership in leading and mentoring a team of transfer pricing professionals Support the Transfer Pricing partner in resource planning, performance management, and training Skills, Knowledge & ExpertisePost-graduate degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Finance, Tax or equivalent disciplines or CTA/ACA qualified Previous Transfer Pricing experience in a professional services firm Excellent communication skills, including technical written workConfident self-starter and ability to develop a teamMust have good research and analytical skills Must have good awareness of risk managementCapable of dealing with a wide range of people and at different levelsJob BenefitsWhy Join Us?At Menzies, we know that success starts with our people.
