Building trusted stakeholder relationships from operational teams through to executive leadership. You’ll own end-to-end implementation delivery across multiple enterprise customers, acting as the key point of contact throughout mobilisation, go-live and adoption phases Leading large-scale SaaS implementations within complex operational environments. Running governance forums, steering groups and implementation workstreams. Delivering training, onboarding and change management activity. Identifying adoption risks and proactively resolving blockers. NHS or healthcare technology implementations. Workforce management, rostering, scheduling or operational platforms. Clinical systems deployment or digital transformation programmes. Strong implementation and project leadership experience. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deployments. EPR/EHR implementations or other enterprise operational technologues. Mission-led technology business with genuine social impact. Hybrid London working model.
