The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. This is a dynamic, dual-function role combining hire control and internal sales responsibilities. You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring customers receive outstanding service while maximising sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Process sales orders and hire contracts accurately and efficiently
Proactively identify sales opportunities and upsell products and services
Manage and develop customer accounts, building strong relationships
Coordinate equipment availability and logistics with internal teams
Support front desk operations when required, providing a professional first point of contact
Maintain accurate records using internal systems and CRM tools
About You
Tech-savvy with confidence using systems and digital tools
Sales-driven with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
