Machine Setter

MACHINE SETTER OPERATIVE We’re looking for an experienced Machine Setter to join our clients manufacturing team on a temporary to pemanent basis 🔧 Key Duties * Set, adjust & operate machinery (Fibre Lasers & Hydraulic Press) * Tool changes, machine changeovers & calibration * Basic maintenance & troubleshooting * Work to production targets & quality standards * Follow health & safety procedures ✅ What We’re Looking For * Previous manufacturing/machine setting experience * Experience with machines such as Zed Press, Guillotine or Fibre Laser * Good mechanical knowledge & problem-solving skills * Reliable, proactive & team-focused attitude * Someone able to start immediately. 💷 Pay £13.50 – £15.50 per hour (depending on experience) 📈 Benefits * Full-time contract after 12 weeks subject to performance * Training provided * Progression opportunities 🕒 Hours Standard shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm - 36.5 hours per week Shift work may be required (days/nights/rotating) ⚠️ Standing for long periods required
