Project Quantity Surveyor - Cheshire Location: Cheshire Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 + Travel Expenses A leading contractor with a strong presence in the fit-out and refurbishment sector is looking to appoint an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of projects and play a key role in delivering high-quality schemes across Cheshire and the surrounding region. The Role You will be responsible for the commercial management of fit-out and refurbishment projects, typically ranging in value from £500k to £10m. The role offers a mix of site-based work and regional project involvement, providing both variety and autonomy. As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will take a lead role in managing project finances, ensuring costs are controlled while maintaining quality and programme objectives.
