Skills Coach – Lecturer (Apprenticeships)
Location: Bromley
Salary: £19.12 - £22 per hour
Hours: Part - Time, 29.5 Hours per week
Contract Type: Temporary role until 3rd July 2026
Morgan Jones is working confidentially on behalf of a respected education provider seeking an experienced Skills Coach / Lecturer to support apprentices through to successful End Point Assessment.
This is a varied, learner-focused role combining coaching, assessment and teaching, with responsibility for apprentice progress from enrolment to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Coach, mentor, and assess a caseload of apprentices against relevant standards
Deliver teaching and targeted support where knowledge, skills or behaviour gaps exist
Complete initial and diagnostic assessments and create individual learning plans
Monitor progress and ensure apprentices are fully prepared for the gateway and EPA
Conduct regular reviews with learners and employers, including 10‑weekly reviews
Plan and evidence off-the-job training in line with requirements
Maintain accurate records using the e-portfolio system
Liaise with curriculum, quality and employer stakeholders
Contribute to quality assurance, standardisation and continuous improvement
What our client is looking for
Level 3 vocational qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant area
Assessor qualification (A1/D32/D33/D34 or working towards)
Teaching qualification (PTTLS minimum or working towards)
Strong vocational knowledge and recent sector experience
Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
Full UK driving licence
A current and valid ENHANCED DBS is required for this role.
