Job Title: Assembler – Bespoke High-End Blinds We are currently recruiting for a skilled and detail-focused Assembler to join our manufacturing team producing high-end, bespoke blinds. This is a hands-on role working from technical drawings to assemble precision-made components to a high standard of quality and finish. Role Overview You will be responsible for assembling bespoke blind systems using detailed engineering and production drawings. Each product is made to order, requiring accuracy, care, and a high level of attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Assemble bespoke blind components to customer specifications Read and interpret technical drawings and instructions Use hand tools and assembly equipment accurately Ensure all products meet strict quality standards Carry out visual and functional checks on completed work Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area Work efficiently to meet production schedules Requirements Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to read and follow technical drawings High level of attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential Working Hours Day shift: Monday to Thursday Friday off Optional overtime available on Fridays and during busy periods (covering several months) This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business producing high-quality, bespoke products in a stable and supportive environment
