Senior Property Manager - Work from home

Property Manager £37,500 per annum | Full-Time | Residential Lettings We are recruiting for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join our client’s busy and growing residential lettings team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, working closely with landlords, tenants, contractors, and the lettings team to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and remain fully compliant with UK property legislation. Manage day-to-day property maintenance and repair issues across a residential portfolio Arrange and conduct property inspections, tenant check-ins, and check-outs Coordinate gas safety certificates, electrical inspections, EPCs, and compliance documentation Organise and manage cleaning, maintenance, and external contractors Ensure full compliance with current lettings legislation, including health and safety regulations Handle landlord licensing applications and legal notices, including eviction paperwork Maintain accurate records and update the property management system with repairs, notes, and communications Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management Strong understanding of current UK lettings legislation, including the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 Proficient IT skills and experience using property management software Competitive salary of £37,500 per annum Opportunity to join a fast-paced and supportive property team Career development opportunities within a growing business If you are an experienced Property Manager looking for your next challenge, we would love to hear from you.
