Project Manager - NPI

Job Title: Project Coordinator / NPI Project Manager  Location: Durham, North East England Salary: £35 - 45K per annum + Early Finish Fridays We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing business looking to strengthen its project delivery team with the addition of a Project Coordinator / NPI Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across engineering and manufacturing teams, building strong customer relationships, and helping bring new products into production successfully. The business is currently investing heavily in improving and evolving its internal processes, systems, and ways of working. It’s an exciting stage of growth. Who This Could Suit We’re open-minded on background and experience level. You may already be managing projects within an engineering or manufacturing environment, or you could currently be working in: Production planning Manufacturing coordination Engineering support Operations Project administration Supply chain or procurement within a project-led environment What matters most is that you understand how projects move through a manufacturing business and can coordinate people, priorities, and deadlines effectively. Experience within electronics manufacturing would be highly advantageous, but candidates from broader technical manufacturing sectors will also be considered, particularly those involved in transferring products from engineering into production.
