Early Years Practitioner Start Date: July 2026 (or September start available) Location: Hammersmith and Fulham Full/Part-time: Full-time Salary: Starting from £26,657 (negotiable depending on experience) About the role/school We are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join an Outstanding (Ofsted 2025) early years setting in West London. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will work alongside an Early Years Teacher and another Teaching Assistant to support a small group of children aged two to four. This Early Years Practitioner role offers a nurturing, research-led environment that blends structured learning with play-based exploration. The setting is known for its inclusive ethos, reserving places for bursary children, and for maintaining high staff satisfaction through strong professional development and support.
