Fire Stopper

Fortus Recruitment are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the repairs & maintenance industry. We are currently working on behalf of a Local Authority. We are currently looking for experienced Fire Stoppers to join a growing team working across London and surrounding areas. This is long-term, continuous work carrying out fire stopping installations across a variety of projects including MOD barracks, schools, hospitals, and other public sector buildings. Duties Include: - Carrying out all aspects of fire stopping works - Batt & mastic, fire sealing, penetration sealing, and compartmentation works - Working in line with current fire safety regulations and project specifications - Ensuring high standards of workmanship and site safety at all times - Completing works within occupied and live environments Requirements: - NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection - Valid CSCS Card - Clean DBS check - Previous experience in fire stopping and compartmentation works - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Location: London & surrounding areas Rate: £200-£210 a day Package: - Company van provided - Fuel card included - Continuous long-term work - Immediate start available Please send your CV for consideration or call the office and ask Ella for more details Fortus Recruitment Group Limited acts as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary workers and an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
