ob Title: Agency Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) Location: Nursing Homes across Bournemouth, Southampton & Portsmouth Contract: Zero-hours / Flexible Shifts Pay Rate: £20–£25 per hour (weekly pay) About the Role We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and skilled Agency Nurses to join our growing team. You will work across a variety of nursing homes in the Bournemouth, Southampton, and Portsmouth areas, providing high-quality care and supporting residents’ health and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities * Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in line with NMC standards. * Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation. * Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans. * Work collaboratively with care staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams. * Respond effectively to clinical emergencies and safeguard residents. * Uphold dignity, respect, and professional boundaries at all times. * Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements * Valid NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD). * Minimum 6 months’ experience in a nursing home or similar environment. * Ability to travel to various locations across Bournemouth, Southampton & Portsmouth. * Right to work in the UK. * Up-to-date training: Basic Life Support, Manual Handling, Medication Management, Infection Control (or willingness to update). * Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one). * Strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills.
