Recruitment Consultant
Catalyst is a leading North East recruitment consultancy employing a core team of highly experienced recruitment experts. We assist SMEs and large corporates alike, calling upon our well-earned knowledge and experience of the regions recruitment landscape, and beyond, to address and surpass our clients expectations.
We recruit up to management and executive level typically across disciplines such as Finance, Data, Tech, Operations and Engineering. Catalysts success is based on the quality of our delivery across a mix of retained, exclusive and contingent assignments which leads to valued, long-term client relationships.
Following a year of sustained revenue growth and a successful doubling of our team, we now seek to recruit a talented and experienced Recruitment Consultant who can bring similar levels of market insight, determination and integrity.
As Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Manage you own desk, encompassing the full recruitment lifecycle
Attract new clients via telephone, email, social media and in person
Source, select, shortlist and propose suitable candidates
Utilise a modern CRM system and associated recruitment technology to co-ordinate your assignments
Co-operate and collaborate closely with other team members
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of your market sector
As Recruitment Consultant, you will need:
Proven experience in one or more Technical or Professional disciplines as a permanent/interim/contract Recruitment Consultant
A commercially astute mindset
Adept in identify and acquiring high-quality new clients, coupled with strong account management, service and delivery abilities
Experience sourcing and matching the highest calibre of candidates
Strong organisational and time management skills
A determination to consistently locate the best candidate for the job
Rewards and benefits:
Basic up to £45k + attractive commission structure (no threshold) + pension
Pay dependent on experience, skills, knowledge and qualifications
Full-time, permanent role
