Production Operative

Production Operative We are currently looking for reliable agency staff to support our production team over the coming weeks due to recent operational challenges. We require an extra pair of hands on each shift to help maintain smooth operations on site. Role Responsibilities: * Sorting reject product from the production line * Supporting the overwrap machines * Clearing cap jams * Regularly climbing a spiral staircase as part of the role Requirements: * Basic packing machine experience preferred * Good understanding of spoken and written English * Ability to communicate effectively with management and colleagues in English * Candidates may be asked to complete a numeracy and literacy assessment during induction if required Shift Pattern: * 3 on / 3 off rotation * Days and nights Pay Rate: * £14.27 per hour Additional Information: * This is a strictly non-smoking site We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who can integrate quickly into the team and support production operations effectively
