/n Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, you will be involved in challenging and intellectually stimulating cases, often working alongside forensic specialists, external counsel and other regulatory bodies.
/n Your new role
/n As a Regulatory Lawyer, you will play a key role in managing complex investigations and enforcement cases from inception through to conclusion.
/n You will:
/n
/n
- Manage your own portfolio of investigations and disciplinary matters.
/n
- Work as part of multidisciplinary teams on large-scale and high-profile cases.
/n
- Advise on legal, procedural and strategic issues throughout investigations.
/n
- Analyse complex evidence and prepare cases for hearings and tribunals.
/n
- Instruct and work closely with external counsel, solicitors and expert witnesses.
/n
- Support the development of case strategy and drive matters forward to conclusion.
/n
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and legal support staff.
/n
- Manage case budgets and contribute to the efficient delivery of investigations.
/n
/n
/n What you'll need to succeed
/n
/n
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with significant post-qualification experience.
/n
- Strong litigation, investigations, disputes or contentious regulatory experience.
/n
- Excellent analytical, drafting and advocacy skills.
/n
- Experience handling complex matters involving large volumes of evidence.
/n
- Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
/n
- The confidence to make robust, evidence-based decisions.
/n
- A collaborative approach and genuine interest in high-profile public interest work.
/n
