Your new role Fixed term 12 months , part time 25 hours Join our team as a Talent Advisor and play a key role in bringing exceptional people into the DFS Group.Youll partner closely with our Talent Acquisition team tosupportevery stage of the recruitment journey from spotting great candidates and conducting phone screens to coordinating offers, onboarding new hires, and keeping our talent pipeline thriving.If youre passionate about people and love making an impact on how a business grows, this is the perfect opportunity to shine.

What you'll be doing Key Responsibilities Source & Screen: Shortlist applications, conduct telephone screens, and arrange interviews to ensure top candidates meet with our hiring managers.

Proactive Talent Pooling: Build and maintain talent pipelines through CV databases, LinkedIn, networking events, and our ATS, helping to reduce time-to-hire.

Candidate Care: Keep the ATS updated and communicate with all candidates withinagreedtime frames, providing constructive feedback to unsuccessful applicants.

Stakeholder Updates:Sharerecruitment progress and flag any potential challenges or barriers to Talent Acquisition Partners.

Inbox & AdminSupport: Manage recruitment inboxes,respondto queries, and assist Talent Partners with administrative tasks.

Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate live dashboards, trackingactiveroles and progress.

Brand Advocacy: Represent the DFS employer brand across channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Workplace, and Total Jobs.
