The Ideal Candidate We are looking for teachers who: * Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. * Have experience teaching within a secondary school environment. * Are passionate about their subject area and education as a whole. * Demonstrate strong classroom management skills. * Can motivate and engage learners of varying abilities. * Are committed to delivering high standards of teaching and learning.
