Machine Minders

to join a busy Tray Wash Plant based in

Castleford (WF10) . These are

long-term, ongoing positions

with

immediate starts available . Full training will be provided, and there are excellent opportunities for

career progression and increased earnings . Salary & Earning Potential Basic salary: £27,750 per year The site operates a

tier and bonus system , giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings based on

performance, experience and additional responsibilities . Potential earnings of up to £40,000 per year There are also opportunities to progress into

leadership and senior roles , with training and development available for candidates who demonstrate the right skills, attitude and commitment. Working Hours Shift Pattern:

Continental

4 on / 4 off rotation Shifts: Days:

7:00am

7:00pm Nights:

7:00pm

7:00am Applicants must be available to work both day and night shifts. Roles & Responsibilities Operating and monitoring production machinery Ensuring machinery runs smoothly and efficiently Loading materials into machines as required Carrying out quality checks and reporting any issues Clearing minor blockages and maintaining production flow Keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe Following all company health and safety procedures Working as part of a busy production team Taking on additional responsibilities as you develop within the role Requirements Previous machine minder or production experience is

preferred but not essential Full training will be provided Ability to work rotating day and night shifts Reliable, hardworking and committed Good attention to detail Health and safety conscious Willingness to learn and progress within the business What We Offer £27,750 basic salary Up to £40,000 potential annual earnings
