Job Running Architect Leamington Spa Up to £45,000  Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a growing architectural practice based in Leamington Spa. Our client is looking to appoint a motivated and detail-oriented Job Running Architect to take responsibility for delivering projects across a varied and growing portfolio, with a particular focus on Education and Hospitality sectors. Key Responsibilities for this Job Running Architect role: • Lead the day-to-day running of projects from concept through to completion • Manage design development, technical delivery, and coordination across project teams • Prepare and oversee detailed planning application submissions and supporting documents • Produce and review high-quality technical drawings, layouts, and design information • Liaise directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and best practice design standards Key Requirements for this Job Running Architect role: • Proven experience running projects through all RIBA stages • Strong experience within Education and/or Hospitality sectors desired • Proficiency in Vectorworks desired (Revit or other BIM software beneficial) • Strong understanding of construction methods, detailing, and UK Building Regulations • Confident client-facing skills with the ability to manage project communication effectively To express interest, please send your CV to Harley at (url removed) or contact him on 0 for more information
