(PK9254) LEAD GENERATOR - PACKAGING SOLUTIONS SURREY / LONDON BORDER (OFFICE BASED) £Open Depending on Experience + Bonus + Pension Our Client is an innovative, profitable and well-established supplier of bespoke primary packaging to international food, beverage, and cosmetic brands. Due to continued growth and strategic investment, they are now seeking a proactive and driven Lead Generator to support their UK sales team by opening doors within targeted markets and creating high-quality opportunities. This is an office-based role in Surrey, working Monday to Friday standard office hours. It is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and enjoys engaging with new prospects to build a strong sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify targeted companies and key decision-makers within agreed sectors Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach Secure appointments, qualified leads, and call-backs for the external sales team Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers Develop an understanding of the company's product offering to effectively position solutions Engage professionally with potential clients to introduce the business and its capabilities Maintain accurate records of all interactions within the CRM system Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation activity with business objectives Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries Gather market intelligence and competitor insightsRequirements: Previous experience in lead generation, telesales, internal sales, or appointment settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner Target-driven with a proactive and resilient approach Ability to engage and build rapport quickly with decision-makers Organised with good attention to detail and CRM experience Any experience within packaging, manufacturing, or B2B sales would be advantageous but not essentialWhat's on Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Performance-related bonus structure Pension scheme Clear progression opportunities into field sales or account management Supportive and growing business environmentThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in sales within a thriving and innovative packaging business, playing a key role in driving new business growth
