GSL Education is seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join a friendly and inclusive secondary school in Aylesbury. As a Cover Supervisor, you will: • Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher • Deliver pre-set work and ensure a productive classroom environment • Manage behaviour effectively following school policies • Support students in their learning where needed • Report back to teaching staff on student engagement and progress The ideal Cover Supervisor will be adaptable, confident, and committed to maintaining high standards in the classroom.
