HGV Trailer/Tanker Technician Location: Leeds Pay: up to £21p/h Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am -4.30pm and Friday 8am -3.30pm Overtime paid at 1.5 About your new company My client is a large fleet maintenance company based in Leeds, due to their continued growth they are now looking for a skilled HGV Trailer/Tanker Technician to join their ever growing team About your new HGV Trailer/Tanker Technician role You will carry out maintenance, repairs and modification work on the fleet of HGV trailers, tankers and provide technical support from fault analysis through to competition. Assist in the fault diagnosis process. Comply with warranty procedures during repairs and with warranty material on completion of a repair. Road test vehicle when required (if holder of HGV licence). Ensure that all vehicle defects are reported to your workshop controller Fitting pumps & meters, repairing barrels, accident damage repairs to tanker body work, fabricate components, perform tank pressure test inspections.
