Shuttering Carpenter Location: Winchester, Hampshire 7.30AM - 4.30pm Salary: £260 PER DAY CIS PAY Duties * Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to determine formwork requirements. * Construct, assemble, and install formwork using hand tools, power tools, and welding techniques to shape concrete structures accurately. * Measure and cut materials such as timber, steel, and other specialized components to fit project needs. * Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and bracing of formwork to maintain safety standards and structural accuracy. * Dismantle formwork after concrete has set while ensuring minimal damage for reuse or disposal. * Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials regularly. Qualifications * Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter within the construction industry. * Strong knowledge of welding techniques, hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures. * CSCS CARD or equivalent * Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of structural systems such as roofing, masonry, and reinforcement placement. * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions. if you are an experienced Shuttering Carpenter looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
