Senior Care Assistant – Days or Nights Available New Luxury Residential Care Home – Swanage, Dorset – AV2031 Location: Swanage, Dorset Pay: £14+ per hour – negotiable depending on experience Shifts: Days or Nights Available Hours: Full Time About the Home We are recruiting experienced Senior Care Assistants to join a brand-new, fully refurbished residential care home in the heart of Swanage. The home offers a modern, high-quality environment with comfortable en-suite bedrooms, welcoming communal areas and landscaped outdoor spaces. The service has a warm, family-run ethos and is committed to providing compassionate, person-centred care that promotes residents' dignity, independence and wellbeing. The Role As a Senior Care Assistant, you will support residents and provide leadership to the care team across either day or night shifts.
