Job Summary:

The Graphic Design Intern will support the visual identity and creative direction of the organization, contributing to the development of engaging and consistent visual assets across multiple channels. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced marketing environment. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals, to support the execution of creative concepts and campaigns. The intern will assist in developing a range of materials, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, website visuals, presentation materials, and other digital and print assets.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support the development and execution of creative concepts under the guidance of senior designers and managers.
• Help maintain a consistent visual style across projects and channels.
• Assist in translating ideas and briefs into visual content.
• Contribute to the creation of visual assets for print and digital media, including social media and marketing materials.
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and are optimized for different platforms and formats.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, campaign managers, and external partners when required.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously and help meet agreed timelines.
• Participate in design reviews and apply feedback to improve quality and consistency.
• Stay informed about design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Actively seek learning and development opportunities to strengthen creative and technical skills.

Essential Requirements:

• Recent bachelor’s or master’s degree graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Digital Media Design, Multimedia Design, Creative Media, or related design and creative disciplines.
• Valid right to work status in the UK for the whole duration of the Internship

Required Skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent working knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Good video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience of creating motion graphics using Adobe After Effects
• A developing portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or internship design projects.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
