We’re looking for an experienced *HGV Mechanic* to join our skilled workshop team of 4–5 engineers. The role will involve a mix of workshop and off-site work, including call-outs and breakdowns, so flexibility is key. A company van will be provided for off-site jobs.
*What you’ll do:*
* Carry out servicing, inspections, and repairs on our fleet
* Diagnose and fix mechanical faults quickly and effectively
* Maintain vehicles to the highest standards to support our day-to-day operations
* Work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
* Keep the workshop environment safe, clean, and organised
*What we’re looking for:*
* NVQ Level 2 or above (or equivalent qualification)
* At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
* Solid knowledge of a range of commercial lorries
* A proactive, hands-on approach xwzovoh and a strong work ethic
