Building Services Engineer Location: Commerical office space in Central London Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Salary: £44,000 - £48,000 + OT The Role We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical bias) to manage a prestigious static site in Central London. No travel required-stay on one site and enjoy a stable Monday-Friday routine. Responsibilities Maintenance & Repair: Execute PPM schedules and respond to reactive breakdowns across lighting, power, heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems. Fault Finding: Diagnose technical issues quickly across both electrical and mechanical assets. Compliance: Conduct statutory testing (e.g., emergency lighting, fire alarms, water hygiene/L8) and log results via our digital CAFM system. Safety: Ensure all work adheres to H&S regulations, RAMS, and permit systems. Requirements Qualified: Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds (Electrical or Mechanical). Experienced: Proven background in commercial building services. Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
