Senior Site Engineer - Contract (2 Months initially) Locations: Multiple sites across Scotland & the North East Day Rate: £350-£400 PAYE (Inside IR35) Start Date: 1 June 2026 We're seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to provide short‑term cover across a portfolio of active civil engineering and energy project sites. This role is ideal for someone who can step into fast‑moving environments to keep projects running smoothly. You'll be supporting several live sites, so flexibility to travel and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential. Key Responsibilities Temporary Works Coordination - oversight and coordination of temporary works activities Quality Assurance - ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards Check Sheets - completion and management of site documentation Lift Plans - reviewing and supporting lift planning activities Setting Out - delivering accurate setting out across various work packages Requirements Senior Engineer experience within civil engineering or energy infrastructure Temporary Works Coordinator ticket (essential) AutoCAD proficiency Strong understanding of Lift Plans Valid CSCS Card Full UK Driving Licence --- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
