£18.00 - £ 21.00 per hour

Syntech Recruitment are looking for an experienced CNC Turner Setter Operator to join a precision manufacturing environment supporting motorsport and future automotive projects.
🔧 The Role
You’ll be responsible for setting and operating CNC turning machinery to produce high-quality precision components, ensuring accuracy, quality and efficient production.
Key experience:
✅ CNC turning / lathe setting and operating
✅ Fanuc controls
✅ Programme and offset editing
✅ Reading engineering drawings
✅ Manual measurement and inspection
✅ Working to tight tolerances
✅ Identifying and resolving machining issues
What We're Looking For
Ideally, you’ll have 3–5 years' relevant CNC production experience with a strong background in precision manufacturing.
Experience within motorsport, automotive, aerospace or other high-performance engineering environments would be advantageous.
Working Hours
Monday–Thursday: Flexible start between 7:00am–8:00am, finishing between 3:30pm–4:30pm
Friday: 7:00am–1:00pm or 8:00am–2:00pm
Overtime may also be available when required
