People Solutions are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver to join our well-established client based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands .
This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression within a reputable logistics operation.
This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a driver of a LGV Class 2 HIAB, Category C HIAB or a Lorry-mounted Crane .
Shifts:
•  Monday – Friday
•  Start times between 05:00 and 07:00
Rates of Pay:
•  £16.00 - £19.00 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
As a HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
Safely operating a Category C vehicle with a HIAB/lorry-mounted crane for loading and unloading goods
Deliver goods to various locations, ensuring safe handling and timely delivery
Conduct pre and post operations checks on the vehicle and equipment
Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure compliance with all regulations
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and well-maintained liaise with dealership with service
Adhere to health and safety guidelines and transport regulations
Essential Skills:
As a HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver, you will need to:
Hold a valid UK Category C Licence
Hold a valid HIAB/lorry mounted crane qualification
No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes
Have a valid xwzovoh UK CPC Card and UK Digi Card
Must be able to speak and read a good level of English
Punctuality and excellent time keeping skills
Have a good understanding of traffic laws and regulations
Effective communication skills
Training:
•  Training provided as and when required
•  Ongoing industry-related training and ongoing support
