Lead Product Designer — Customer Experience & AI

Sky UK is seeking a Lead Product Designer for its Assisted Customer Experience team in Livingston. You will craft superior customer journeys, collaborating closely with Product, Technology, and Customer teams to enhance services and tools.

The role requires deep experience in leading design initiatives, a strong track record in creating customer-centric products, and expertise in Figma. With a hybrid work model, you’ll spend three days on site at our Livingston campus, which provides a conducive working environment with modern facilities.
