Recognised as a market leader within their field, our client delivers a range of planned refurbishment programmes including internal and external works, alongside major SHDF decarbonisation and fire remediation projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering social housing planned refurbishment projects and will ideally have previous experience working on similar occupied refurbishment programmes, with an understanding of the unique challenges associated with working in live resident environments.
