The Role:Magnus Searchis seeking a high-caliber Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth across the Spalding and South Lincolnshire region. This is a pivotal role requiring a blend of strategic prospecting and expert relationship management.

Key Responsibilities & Reporting:

• Direct Reporting:You will report directly to theOperations Managerand theOperations Director.

• Lead Generation:Identifying and securing new B2B opportunities through a consultative sales approach.

• Strategy:Implementing territory-specific growth plans to maximise market share.

Requirements:

• Driving License:A full UK Driving License ismandatoryfor this role.

• Proven success in business development or field sales.

• Working Hours:To be confirmed (Full-time).
