ISS is a leading global facilities management organisation, delivering exceptional cleaning, catering, security, logistics, and retail services across the healthcare sector. We are looking for a dedicated and people-focused HR Advisor to join our Healthcare Division, supporting our teams across University Hospital Coventry and Rugby St Cross.

The HR Advisor will provide expert HR support and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring the consistent application of company policies, best practice, and employment law. You’ll play a key role in driving a positive and compliant workplace culture through proactive employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.

Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, and HR policies
• Manage employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including interviews and reference checks
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Support the development and rollout of HR policies and procedures
• Stay up to date with employment law and HR best practice to ensure compliance
• Provide guidance on compensation and benefits administration

1–2 years’ experience in a similar HR advisory role
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• HR qualification (or working towards CIPD) desirable
