The ideal candidate will have experience supporting students across a wide range of needs and learning abilities. Responsibilities: Provide dedicated support to students with SEND, aiding in their academic and personal development. Collaborate closely with educators to execute tailored learning plans. Cultivate an engaging, inclusive, and vibrant classroom atmosphere. Provide personalised assistance to students on an individual basis.Requirements: Prior experience working with learners with SEND is highly preferred. Possess educational qualifications or relevant credentials. Demonstrate strong communication skills and a compassionate approach.
