Contract Catering | Central London

The Role
As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the overall food and beverage operation across multiple outlets, including public restaurant dining and cafés, as well as internal hospitality and dining services.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service standards. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, leading and developing teams, and maintaining exceptional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing the day-to-day management of public restaurants, cafés, and internal hospitality and dining operations
Maintaining exceptional standards of food, service, and presentation
Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Managing financial performance, budgets, and operational efficiencies
Ensuring a consistently professional and customer-focused environment
What We're Looking For
Experience in contract catering within a commercial xwzovoh hospitality / multi-outlet environment
Strong operational management experience within high-end hospitality settings
A confident, hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire teams
Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial awareness and experience managing financial performance
High attention to detail with a passion for service excellence
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
A genuine enthusiasm for food, hospitality, and creating exceptional customer experiences
