Appointment Setter Location: Blackpool (office based) Basic Salary: £30,000 OTE - £42,000 Axon Moore is partnering with a fast growing, design led business to recruit an Appointment Setter to join their sales team. This is a high energy, target driven role suited to someone confident on the phone, motivated by results and keen to build a career in sales. You will be responsible for generating interest, building relationships and booking qualified appointments for the field sales team. The Opportunity You will play a key role in driving new business by speaking with prospective and existing clients, presenting services and creating opportunities for the wider sales team. This role offers strong earning potential and the chance to develop within a growing and ambitious business. What You Will Be Doing Making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients Presenting services clearly and confidently to generate interest Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow up Booking qualified appointments for field sales representatives Working towards and exceeding sales targets and KPIs About You Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner Previous experience in sales, telesales or appointment setting is beneficial but not essential Resilient and motivated with a positive attitude towards targets and performance Well organised with good attention to detail Comfortable using CRM systems and general computer applications Driven to succeed and motivated by earning potential What’s on Offer £42,000 OTE Full time permanent position Structured training and ongoing support Fast paced and supportive team environment Clear opportunities for progression Working Hours This role involves evening shifts, typically 2pm to 10pm or 3pm to 11pm depending on assignment.
