Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home (EBD) Redditch, Worcestershire £52,000 - £60,000 + Bonus Scheme We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established 4-bed children's home in Redditch supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). You will lead and develop the staff team, drive positive outcomes for young people, and continue building on the home's strong reputation and performance.
