A gentle yet confident approach to personal care, hoisting, postural management, and using assistive communication tools (PECS, eye gaze, switches). A genuine understanding that small responses-a blink, a smile, a changed breathing pattern-are powerful milestones. An active Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
