Sales Assistant - No Experience

Our client, a well-established sales and marketing company based in Nottingham, is expanding its sales team. They represent recognised non-profit organisations through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns across retail pop-ups, promotional events and other event-based settings. What You'll Be Doing Represent recognised client campaigns through face-to-face customer engagement. Engage with members of the public within retail pop-ups, promotional events and other event-based settings. Communicate product and service information clearly while delivering a professional customer experience. Support customer acquisition activities while completing basic sales administration.

What We're Looking For Strong

English

communication skills. Confidence communicating with customers face-to-face. Positive, proactive and professional approach. Full-time equivalent availability

(4–5 full working days per week). Ability to commute to the Nottingham office. No previous experience is required . Individuals from retail, hospitality, customer service and other customer-facing backgrounds may have transferable skills relevant to this opportunity.

This opportunity operates on a subcontracted basis. Earnings consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission and financial incentives.
