CNC Setter / Operator - Milling (Fanuc Controls) £15.00 per hour 37 Hours per Week Temp to Perm Opportunity Overtime Available Early Finish Every Friday Our client, a large and well-established engineering company based in Willenhall, is looking to recruit an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join their busy and growing manufacturing team. Duties and Responsibilities Setting and operating CNC Milling machines with Fanuc controls. Carrying out tool changes and machine adjustments. Reading and working from engineering drawings. Producing precision-engineered components to customer specifications. Conducting in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained. Working efficiently to production schedules and targets. Maintaining a safe and organised work area. Candidate Requirements Previous experience setting and operating CNC Milling machines. Experience working with Fanuc controls. Confident carrying out tool changes and offsets. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Good understanding of machining tolerances and quality requirements. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards. Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pay and Benefits £15.00 per hour basic rate. Weekly pay. 37-hour working week. Early finish every Friday. Overtime available: Time and 1.3 Monday to Thursday. Time and 1.5 Friday and Saturday. Double Time on Sundays. Temp-to-perm opportunity with a reputable engineering company.
